Store this item in the freezer and cook straight from frozen. If cooking in a skillet, cook the patty over a medium-high heat for around 2 minutes on either side, until the patty reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. If cooking in the oven, preheat the oven to 350°F and place the patty on a baking sheet. Cook for around 8 minutes on either side. Voila!
