Like most Mac & Cheese, Howl uses Semolina Macaroni in its Vegan Mac & Cheese! This macaroni is known to keep its shape while cooking, making it perfect for this recipe.
Macaroni: Durum Wheat Semolina; Cashew Sauce: Water, Cashews, Nutritional Yeast, Natural Flavor, Salt, Lemon Juice, Corn Starch, Lactic Acid, Organic Gum Acacia, Organic Guar Gum, Non-GMO Xanthan Gum, Garlic.

The answer? Very. If you’ve made mac and cheese before, the process is just as simple. Boil some water and add some salt to season. Add pasta to the water and cook for roughly 8 to 10 minutes. Drain the pasta (don’t rinse!) and keep some leftover pasta water.
