This product recently had the allergen details changed by Justin's to where it is a bit confusing, but the product is still vegan. Here is the manufacturer's statement on this product: 'Although we do not use any milk ingredients in our Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups, they are produced on machinery that also manufactures our Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups, which do contain milk. We use the phrase “Contains Milk” as a precautionary measure for those who are sensitive to milk allergies. To minimize confusion with the milk allergen statement, we also removed the “Vegan” label that you may have seen on the pack in the past.' This item is still a vegan product, just that the allergen notice is a bit confusing due to it saying "contains milk" (despite there being no milk in the ingredients) rather than "Made on equipment that also processes milk ingredients".
