King Arthur’s Gluten-Free Protein Pancake Mix makes delicious pancakes every time, they’re quick and easy to make while being full of nutrition with a whopping 14g of plant-based protein per serving.
If you fancy changing things up then this mix can also be used to make waffles! YUM!
As well as being gluten-free, you can switch out the eggs, milk, and butter, for your favorite dairy free alternatives to make this recipe vegan too.

Whole grain brown rice flour, gluten-free whole grain oat flour, pea protein, tapioca starch, baking powder (monocalcium phosphate, baking soda, cornstarch), pea hull fiber, vitamin and mineral blend [calcium carbonate, niacinamide (vitamin B3), reduced iron, thiamin hydrochloride (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2)], salt.
This mix will make nineteen 4” pancakes, and the instructions on how to make them has the amounts for 6, 12, or 19 pancakes so it’s easy to choose how many to make in one go
