Thai Curry Noodle Meal Kit: Coconut milk, wheat flour, red curry paste (lemongrass, garlic, red chili, shallot, salt, galangal, coriander, kaffir lime peel, pepper, cumin), vital wheat gluten, soy sauce (soybean, wheat, salt), tapioca flour, garlic, onion, sea salt, rice bran oil, winged bean, sugar, soybean, curry powder (coriander, turmeric, clove, nutmeg, star anise), vinegar, fried onion.
Allergens: Wheat, Soy.
Super easy! For the Pad See Ew add the noodles to boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes. When they’re cooked to your preference, drain, and place in a bowl. Empty the sauce packet into a pan and heat for 3-5 minutes on low-medium heat, stirring occasionally until warmed through. Combine the sauce and noodles in a bowl and top with the sesame seeds to serve.
Alternatively, mix the noodles, sauce, and a 1/2 cup of water in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover the bowl and microwave on high for 4.5 minutes, until the noodles are completely cooked. Then top with the sesame seeds to serve. The Thai Curry Noodles are even easier! Mix the sauce and noodle packets into a pot and heat for 3-5 minutes on low-medium heat until they are warmed through. Transfer into a bowl, top with the fried onions, and serve. You can also combine the sauce and noodles in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 60 seconds. Check that it is warmed through, add the fried onions, and serve.
