Hailing from South America, this Organic Powdered Sugar from Big Country Foods is made from 100% certified organic sugar cane and tapioca starch which is cornstarch-free. The tapioca starch is made from cassava root which is the secret to pure flavor and superior texture.
With a commitment to human rights, environmental protection, and ethical business practices, Big Country Foods always partners with sugar cane farms that have the same principles.
Big Country Foods Organic Powdered Sugar is great for sprinkling on french toast or as a base in icing. The product is ground until it becomes a fine, fluffy powder that has a natural flavor that retains the hint of the molasses essence in cane sugar.
This Organic Powdered Sugar is processed without the use of bone char, which makes it 100% vegan.
