These cinnamon rolls are moist, sticky, and extra delicious when served with a warm mug of tea, coffee, or hot cocoa.
Manioc (tapioca) flour, evaporated cane juice, modified manioc starch (100% manioc), cinnamon, iodine-free sea salt.
Allergens: Made on shared equipment with corn, dairy, potato, rice, tree nuts, and soy.
In a bowl, combine the Cinnamon Roll Mix, 1-2 tsp baking powder, 3 tbsp melted vegan butter or oil, egg substitute (equivalent to two large eggs), and 2 tbsp of plant-based milk.
Knead the dough until smooth. Shape dough into a ball and place and flatten with a rolling pin to 8 x 12 inches. Evenly spread the dough with 1 tbsp softened vegan butter. Mix ¼ cup brown sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, and 1 tbsp of softened vegan butter until crumbly and spread evenly over the dough.
Roll dough from the long side and seal the edge by pinching. Make 12 even cuts, each approx. 1 inch wide. Place the rolls into the cups of a mini muffin tray and sprinkle with cinnamon if desired. Bake at 375°F for 16-18 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
