You can cook these vegan sausages in either a pan, in the oven, or in the microwave. If you’re cooking in a pan, simply heat some oil on medium heat and fry on each side for 6 minutes. In the oven, pre-heat to 200 degrees C and bake for 10 minutes, flip and cook for another 5-10 minutes until golden brown. If you’re going for microwave, simply place the patty on a microwavable plate and cook on high for 1 minute, flip and cook again for a minute. Easy!
