That’s right, Sweet Earth is delivering that classic scramble with none of the guilt. Inspired by flavors from sunny California, it’s the perfect breakfast to keep you going.
Absolutely no guilt here! The Big Sur Breakfast Burrito is made with completely plant-basedand non-GMO ingredients. Get ready for a whole bunch of plant-based protein, because this burrito contains 17 grams per serving!
Microwave: Once you’ve removed the burrito from the pouch, place it seam-side up on a microwave-safe plate and loosely tent with a paper towel. Then cook on high for 1 minute 25 seconds, flip, and cook for a further 1 minute 25 seconds.
Oven: Preheat the oven to 350° F. Cook the burrito for 30 minutes, then flip it and cook for an additional 30 minutes.

Wrap: wheat flour enriched ([wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid], malted barley flour, ascorbic acid), water, canola oil, sea salt, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), instant dry yeast (yeast, sorbitan monostearate, ascorbic acid), citric acid anhydrous.

Seitan is a great plant-based alternative to meat. It has a stretchy meat-like texture and has been nicknamed “wheat meat”. Seitan is made from gluten, the stringy protein that makes dough stretchy. Seitan is made by removing the starch from dough.
