Pad Thai is probably one of the most famous noodle dishes out there. Sweet Earth is always making sure that you don’t miss out, which is why it has come up with an amazing plant-based version of the classic Asian dish.
Packed with bold flavors from Bangkok, Sweet Earth’s Pad Thai is a real pleasure to eat.
This stunning noodle dish is made with totally plant-based ingredients which include organic carrots, mushrooms, and rice noodles. Full of fantastic nutrients, it is a great source of iron, calcium, and fiber. You also get a great helping of protein, with 9 grams per serving.
Microwave: While microwaving, remove the lid entirely and cover with a paper towel. Cook on high for approx. 3 minutes and 45 seconds. Let it stand for 1 minute in the microwave before enjoying.
Oven: Preheat the oven to 375° F and empty the noodles into an oven-safe dish. Place on the center rack and cook for approx. 45 minutes, stirring after 25 minutes. Carefully remove the dish and let cool for 2 minutes before enjoying!
